Need More Info Gang fight and taking over alleys bugged in SANALA

Summary: When engaging a fight against alley gang only one thug engage the fight and others stay immobile and unkillable for eternity. Also when fight can be done and all thugs are killed nothing happens; it looks like our companions run all over the place to find an invisible ennemy and probably make fight's ending impossible.
How to Reproduce: Go to SANALA and fight with thugs to take alley.
Have you used cheats and if so which: No cheats , no mods

Do you have any save file before the fight on sanala?
