I'm not talking about Merc, I'm talking about random internet females I know in other forums. The ones I was talking about in the previous sentence or two.

Even though every single female in the game, except one, is portrayed as immediately attracted to both genders. Not that I'm complaining...

*with the community patch/mod it's even playable without inevitable major bugs.

This is very amusing and well made agent game, with enough shooting to keep you satisfied. Might be a little old, but then there is Nolf2, if the first one isnt enough.
Kate Archer is the star of the story.

Sequal to the amazing agent story, with new graphics and many other features. It's propably as much as fun as the first one, maybe even better. I myself absolutely loved it.

I hear Velvet Assassin is kinda cool, not an FPS however. Then again, I'm always confused by people that play most FPS games.

Jill of the Jungle was awesome. I can still remember every sound effect from the game. I also recall a really shoddy bible game that cloned Jill, though I forget what it was about.
