Game won't stop running no matter what i do.

So i alt tabbed last night, when i clicked back onto the game it was frozen so i killed it in task manager. it says "running" on steam still so i just went to bed because i figured i just needed to restart my pc anyway. fast forward to this morning and it's still saying its running on steam.
killing steam in task manager and restarting it doesnt help
cant find anything else in task manager thats bannerlord related to kill
cant uninstall the game to try and reinstall it because its "running"
cant log out of steam because a game is running
anyone have a solution for this? thanks!

*fixed* i just restarted my PC again its closed now, not sure why it didnt work the first time. cheers

if you read the whole thing it says i turned the pc off to go to bed and in the morning it said it was still running... basic reading skills can be hard for some i suppose

If you turn the PC off, EVERYTHING closes, except for the clock.
Even the operating system.

I remember having that problem -would double check task manager even Servicestab - it was something hidden away down there
