im starting to lose my hope.Why would they care about 4-5k people can't get in the game when there is almost 200k (according to steam) online players lol

The fact it's been acknowledged several times on different threads but isn't even listed on their current known crash list says a lot really.

I am done. 5 days have passed and I still can't play a game that costs 40 euros. 40 euros to see constant crashes. I am done. Just asked for a refund.

We have payed to not even see the main menu. By declaring the game as early access, it is expected to see crashes DURING THE GAME. If eventually, on the first day, game crashes during the loading screen, well it still is acceptable. But after 5 days, the same problem remains??? Now this is unacceptable.

As for Gasnak, I did tried everything, i'm also on Win 10 with everythinh updated. I even format and reinstall my OS…. Which is an heavy process. And the same error (white screen with the arrow, and crash report, and I cannot send the crash report, since this process crash as well)

I just asked for refund of the game on steam. I think they will never fix it. You should do the same…. If eventually I see new fixe in the future with description on crash at launch fixed, i could eventually buy again the game.

Can you confirm, or not, Taleworlds is working on a fix for the game which not launch?

Summary: I applied all the recommanded action (updading Windows, Framework, .net, deleting CNs folders, launching as admin, reinstalled the game, and I even format my PC (and redo all the step above) and the game still crash.
I can click on play on steam, the launcher open very well, and if i launch the SP or MP, a white screen open with the mouse and then the game crash after few second

Same for me, finally. Steam refuse any reimbursment…. An addtionnal Reason why i'm waiting for an answer from @MArdA TaleWorlds to fix the problem asap. Please

I had the same problem but managed to solve it. Here's what you have to do:

1. Make sure you run your your steam and game with administrator privilages
2. Go to Documents -> Right click Bannerlord dir -> properties -> Security
3. Make sure you have Users group added and give it all permissions

If there is no Users group add it and then give it permissions. I also did all the other advices on this thread before so make sure you did it too.
