hey, so i really just can't seem to get my game to start up after the main launch screen with the singleplayer and multiplayer options. none of my news shows up and my mods seem okay (i don't use mods but i checked to see if something happened).
i've tried restarting my pc, reinstalling the game, unplugging my pc's power entirely after turning it off safely, attempting to task manager close the Bannerlord Launcher (which gets rid of the CPU usage but not the memory, and it doesn't shut completely) opening the game from BannerlordLauncher.exe, verifiying game files, reinstalling steam, exiting steam entirely through the top left steam button, and nothing has worked.
anytime i try to close the game or stop it, it just says "STOPPING" forever and doesn't ever actually stop, and even if i do EVERYTHING possible to restart it, the game seems like a parasite and is somehow still open and playing when i boot up my PC again, without any files or anything running, and i can't seem to possibly get rid of the Steam Client Service (32 bit) from my task manager, and when i try deleting the files after stopping the game, it still says that the game is running and i can't delete the files.
i've tried basically everything i know of and asked other friends for help and nothing has worked, i'm assuming it isn't a computer issue but it seems most likely.
