Need More Info Game won't start after pc restart

Summary: Game get stuck on the loading screen after launch. The cinematic never play and the little running black horse in the bottom right never appear. It only happen on 1.7.2 not in 1.7.1 and after I restart my computer. If I reinstall the game it works fine. no mod.
How to Reproduce:
Have you used cheats and if so which: yes I use attribut and focus point command

GPU: GeForce GTX 1080
GPU Driver Version: 512.77
CPU: 3.4Ghz 4 core

Have you checked these workarounds before?

Clean Install
The clean install is removing every single game-related file from your computer and installing the game again. Why do you need to remove the game while you just want to remove the modifications? Unfortunately, some of the modifications do not just add a new modules folder but also change or adds contents to the existent modules folder. Without a reinstall, we can't be sure those files are unchanged.To perform a Clean Install, Uninstall the game. You can do that by right-clicking the game on Steam Library and selecting Delete Local Content. Delete all folders related to the game that remains after the uninstallation. The folders that might have files inside:
Steam: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord
Epic: C:\Program Files\Epic Games\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord
C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord
C:\ProgramData\Mount and Blade II BannerlordNote: You'll need to allow Windows to display hidden folders and files to see the ProgramData folder and its contents.

I cleared the 3 folders as advised before reinstalling the game and the problem is still there.

Can you send us the file below after reproducing this issue again? Please keep in mind that the log files will be reset when the game is launched again. It is crucial that you should upload the files right after the issue has happened. Please also note that the ProgramData folder is a hidden folder by default.
C:\ProgramData\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord\logs\launcher_log_xxxxx.txt

Is the game launches when you try to launch it from Bannerlord.exe?
TaleWorlds.MountAndBlade.Launcher.Singleplayer.exe and TaleWorlds.MountAndBlade.Launcher.Multiplayer.exe files located in the folder below:
“...:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\bin\Win64_Shipping_Client”

Multiplayer doesn't launch at all saying BattlEye has an issue

Can you try reinstalling the BattlEye?

Under the games installation folder please navigate to this folder:
"...\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\bin\Win64_Shipping_Client\BattlEye"

First, run the uninstall.bat file and install.bat afterwards. Please make sure that your game is not running in the background!
