Game wont load

I just downloaded Mount and Blade again after not having played it for a long time and when I try to start the game I get this message:

get_object failed for texture:none

After looking around for a while I've found a lot of threads about this message being a problem with mods, but I don't have any mods at all, this is a fresh install....any help please?

Reinstall, looks like its missing a texture.
