Need More Info Game unplayable - Super buggy and crashy with e1.3.1

Can't even get to the Taleworld pre-roll before a crash. Launching direct from .exe file gets me into the game until I attack looters. tried with and without mods. Games seems to be dead in the water until you can fix.
