Resolved Game Unplayable from Same Crash

I'm crashing at the exact same time every time I load my auto save. I do have another save point I could try, but it's a manual save about two hours prior. I'd prefer not to do that.

The crash occurs when I leave the city I'm in, and travel for approximately 5 seconds in any direction. Any help is appreciated.
