I've been following this off and on for a while. It could be good.

I have the Combat Prototype installed, but I can't remember ever playing it. Strange.

Or, it could be something that the ship was trying to get to. It could be anything; you can't judge from a single screenshot.
The screenshot's called "Shockwave and explosion"...

Not necessarily, depending on the speed of the blast wave that could be the ship's atmosphere being blown away from it.

A a decompressive blast isn't all that colourful, or that full; it almost looks like a gasoline shot. In space, nothing is going to feed that fire, it would quickly die out rather than reaching the full bloom like that. If it is the oxygen inside, it would, I think be blown away from the direction of the blast. A ship leaking oxygen turning into jet of fire sounds more likely.

Or a ring of superheated plasma.
I'll give you that. Though why they would shoot missiles that spray plasma on a single plane remains a mystery...

Perhaps it's some sort of reactive armor?

What I'm saying is that the explosion could be a result of anything. A floating wreck, a missile, a plasma casket, whatever.

Why must you argue about eye-candy? Can't you just enjoy blowing things up?

I was unaware that Taleworlds possessed a thread about Infinity. This project is quite promising. I've been following it for approximately two to two and a half years now. The combat prototype is good - it seems that they're quickening their pace, as well.

This is the only game that I will devoutly follow through thick and thin, other than Mount & Blade. That is decided. It has my heart, now and forever more.

Explosions in space tend to explode uniformly. I fail to see your point.

Because we argue over everything!

Does it really matter whether it explodes uniformly or not, because InfinityAdmin has said that big ships don't explode in the real game.
