Game stops when i change team or join crowded servers

I dont know is it only being to me but when i enter a server thats crowded it stops at the team screen.And also when i want to change team it stops again thats like i cant press anything all sounds stops just selecting screen but i cant select
Im playing at ultra graph and no problem at singleplayer about fps drop or something it only accours at multiplayer
I tried to take graphics to lowest but it always stops at screen
GPU:Asus tuf rx5600xt
CPU:Amd ryzen 5 3600
