Need More Info Game not starting

Summary: My Game doesn't start
How to Reproduce: Click the Steam start button or the in folder launchern the following would be the oppening of the launcher with the mod selection and all that, but after i click play on this, the window closes and nothing happens but i still have the process oppened in my task manager (process called bannerlord launcher)
