Game Manual

First off, I DID try using search, but all the "manual" entries were about blocking.  Anyway, I just discovered that a lot of the new features in the game, like holding F1, were published in the manual.  However, I purchased directly from the Taleworlds website, and there is neither a manual in the download or on the website.  Is there a manual available online anywhere?
