Need More Info Game launch error and throw to desktop.

Summary: Game crashes when loading after launch, unable to pass the loading screen into the main menu.
How to Reproduce: Launch the game
Have you used cheats and if so which: No
Scene Name (if related): First loading screen after launching the game.

GPU: Navidia GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4670K CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.40 GHz
RAM:20GB
Storage Device (HDD/SSD): 7TB = 3 HDD+2SSD
