Need More Info Game keeps crashing

Summary:game keeps crashing after loading and then after some time waiting it crashes and comes up application have encountered a problem. Sometimes I can wait for some time and it won’t crash and play the game for an hour but then it will do the same thing.
How to Reproduce: load any game and wait some time.
Have you used cheats and if so which: yes just teleport and killing all enemies.
Nothing to do with mods it was the core game.
