Resolved game keeps crashing at start

HI everyone

i think i am gonna need some help, i love the game. but whenever i try to start a new campaign the game can't load the character creation and crashes. anyone knows how to fix this?

Do you have an existing save? If yes, does it work?

Have you tried verifying the game files? IT might be crashing due to loading a corrupt XML file. Forwarded to QA. Thanks for reporting!

I have existing saves, but from older modules. when i load them in older modules it works, when i don't load them in older modules they don't work
I verifyed the game files already 3 times, but didn't work. and i reinstalled the game 2 times already.

Same for me cant greate a new Character old savegames work but not new it freeze after i choose my race. Irealy liek this game hope ther ist some workaround for it

Are you still experiencing this issue after yesterday's hotfix? If so, were you able to see the crash uploader? If you can upload your crash to us we can check it out. Please don't forget to copy the Crash ID and write it here so that we can find it.
