Summary: Click play on launcher game starts to open then it tells me something went wrong and would I like to submit a report
How to Reproduce:By trying to launch the game any way.

OS: WIN 10

Storage Device (HDD/SSD):SSD and HDD (installed on HDD, tried it on both)


I've tried all the recommended fixes, reinstall, verify, deleting files, firewall, run as admin.

Have you tried Clean install?
Clean Install
The clean install is removing every single game-related file from your computer and installing the game again. Why do you need to remove the game while you just want to remove the modifications? Unfortunately, some of the modifications do not just add a new modules folder but also change or adds contents to the existent modules folder. Without a reinstall, we can't be sure those files are unchanged.

To perform a Clean Install, Uninstall the game. You can do that by right-clicking the game on Steam Library and selecting Delete Local Content. Delete all folders related to the game that remains after the uninstallation. The folders that might have files inside:
Steam: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord
Epic: C:\Program Files\Epic Games\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord
C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord
C:\ProgramData\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord

Note: You'll need to allow Windows to display hidden folders and files to see the ProgramData folder and its contents.

This one is a tricky one, the callstack we see is literally just "unknown" information. Asked the developers and will write back when i hear back.

What we know is that the code that crashed the game is not our. If it was the case we would have seen that. We only see "@[email protected]_source (unknown_line): unknown_function" in the crash reports. But i might suggest updating your GPU drivers to make sure.

GPU drivers are all up to date. Still will not launch. Now after the 1.5.9 update the game doesnt even launch after clicking play on the launcher. Just closes and nothing happens.

Take a look at the logs in Event Viewer.
1. Crash the game.
2. Launch Event Viewer
3. Choose Application
4. Look for an Error or Warning that mentions the game.

I tried all possible solutions proposed in this threads (Crash Checklist and Common Issues and Workarounds), but the problem is still with me.
For some reason I can't use Crash uploader, error message appears after I press on Send button. See error message on attached image.

Can you reproduce this crash again and without closing the window you showed in the picture above zip the most recent crashlog folder and upload it to googledrive or wetransfer? It should be here:
C:\ProgramData\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord\crashes
And the file name is like this:
2021-04-22_12.10.09
