First, here are some specs.
HDD: 200 GB (25 GB used)
Processor: AMD Athlon 64 Processor 2.2GHz
RAM: 1.024 GB
GC: ATI Radeon 9600 Series, 128 MB
It's not the best computer, but I can run most games pretty well. Same with M&B, except for when I'm in the 3rd person view (in a fight or in a town), I get ALOT of hiccups. They are not random, actually, they happen literally every 2 seconds. I can take a step, then it goes in slo-mo, then I can take another, etc etc, making the game unplayable. And yes, I tried a search for a similar question. Any help would be appreciated.

Nevermind, I changed the configuration to Directx 7 and it fixed the problem.
