Resolved Game Freezes then Crashes after Talking to Townsnpeople in Tavern in Western Empire

Summary: The game freezes, with continuing sounds for a few seconds, then shortly after it will crash, and say that files need to be added. This only started occurring after I purchased a workshop in Zeonica, as far as I can tell it is only taverns in the Western Empire that have been affected.
How to Reproduce: Talk to any NPC in Western Kingdom Taverns
Version: e1.2.1.227732
Installed community-made modifications: Vanilla Game, no mods
Computer Specs:
OS: Win10
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 with Max Q Design
CPU: Intel Core i7 10710U CPU @ 1.10GHz 1.61Ghz
RAM: 16.0 GB
Motherboard: MS-16S3
Storage Device (HDD/SSD): SSD
