Need More Info game freezes/crashes after alt tabbing

I was trading in a town and then alt tabbed to youtube for a while then tried to come back but the game was stuck on windowed and frozen couldn't do anything had to restart lost progress

OS: Windows 10
Gpu: Rtx 2070 super
Gpu: Driver version: 456.71
Cpu: ryzen 5 3600
Ram: 16 GB
Motherboard: b450m pro-m2 max
Storage Device (HDD): WD10SPZX-75Z10T2
