Resolved Game Freezes after asking Istiana about the Quest

Summary: Game freezes if you talk with Istiana (not exactly crashing but closenough)

How to Reproduce:Because you keep getting the "stop conspiracy" after loosing "Unify the Empire" (reported there that i didn't get the quest back after the fix https://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php?threads/dont-get-unify-the-empire-mission-back.415952/) you can go to Istiana and ask "about the task you gave me..." and if you do that you just get the dialog that you say that and you get told to "click to coninue" but you can click as long as you want you just can turn the camera perspective

Hey just wanted to ask if this is going to get fixed or not. It would be fine if it wont't get fixed cause it shouldn't appear in newer saves because the mission won't time out again.

Additional info:

I just completed the quest to defeat all the non-imperial factions. The Battanians, the Vlandians, the Sturgians, the Khurgits and the Aserai have all surrendered, and I have unified the Empire. However, the "Stop Conspiracy" quest is still active.
When I went to Epicrotea, a yellow exclamation mark told me that Istiana wanted to talk. So when I click to talk to her, the game hangs.

Istiana: "So, then, what is it?"
Me: "About the task you gave me..."
That's as far as I get. I can't exit the dialog, except to quit the game.
