Resolved [Game Freeze] Tournament finished and loading screen just froze

Summary: So, i took a quest from a town - Betting Fraud. I went to the nearest city and entered the tourney. A NPC met me before the tourney and told me to loose at the 4th round. I did lose to a normal soldier NPC. After clicking to exit the tournament the loading screen just froze. Waited for 5 minutes and closed it from the task manager. The game did not show as Not Responding
How to Reproduce:
1. Take Betting Fraud.
2. Join a tourney and get asked to lose at the 4th round (final one)
3. loose to a normal npc and exit the tournament.
Have you used cheats and if so which: No no mods, no cheats

it didnt freeze. In fact its just a splash screen on top of the dialogue. If you click to the right of the game logo, where the dialog option would be, you will be able to proceed. It's the same issue as this:

Summary: Wrapping up dialog after losing or winning a tournament is now covered by the loading screen graphics. How to Reproduce: Begin Betting Fraud quest. Win or lose tournament. Loading screen graphics will stay up until you click a mouse button and then you're back in the settlement menu...

I did an edit. Reported it as 1.0 version but its 1.0.1
