Need More Info Game CTD clicking resume game.

So as the title says my game freezes then crashes on going into resume game. Now I've tried all the basic stuff, like turning mods off, verfifying etc... but not getting a little confused on what could be the issue if it still happens with no mods on at all.

Just looking for further suggestions.
