Modded Game crashing when traveling across the map

Summary: The game crashes in the same area during my campaign.
How to Reproduce: load the last save and follow the same path of progression. within 2 minutes the crash can be recreated
Have you used cheats and if so which: No / I am using a Mod, but the issue occurred in the base game too

The crash can be recreated easily if I follow a the same steps each time. I have not attempted to recreate the issue outside of following these steps.

1. load save file
2. travel to blueburn to accept the find my daughter quest
3. travel to wherever the daughter is located
4. finish the quest, result of the quest does not appear to matter
5. travel north west towards lanisport
6. crash will consistently occur as you travel that direction.

Attempted fixes
1. verified files via steam
2. uninstalled / reinstalled
3. created a new campaign. (This is the 4th campaign that this issue has happened in and each time it forces me to end the campaign and start from scratch. This has happened twice in the base game Version1.2.8 and 1.2.9, once in the Assassin's and Espionage Mod Version 1.2.9 and this campaign Realm of Thrones Mod Version 1.2.7)
4. I reinstalled all of my steam files to a new SSD drive
5. Read through my computer's error logs
6. Tested Tempuratures and Specs during the crash to see if the issue was hardware related.

None of these troubleshooting steps identified the cause of the issue.

Hey, we do not offer support for the mods or modded games. Can you try to reproduce the issue on a new campaign after manually removing all the mod files and verifying the integrity of the game files. If the issue is persistent on a new, unmodded campaign please let me know.
