Need More Info Game crashing when launching or exiting, severe memory usage

Summary:
How to Reproduce: Launch game from launcher or exit game
Have you used cheats and if so which: None
Scene Name (if related): don't know if its related but looking at rgl_log.txt after the crash there was a line referencing Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Modules\Native\SceneObj\inventory_character_scene\atmosphere.xml right before the crash [EDIT I have added that part of the log below]

OS: Windows 10
GPU: NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 3060
GPU Driver Version: 31.0.15.5244
CPU: AMD Ryzen™ 7 5800H Processor 3.2 GHz
RAM: 24GB
Motherboard: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. G513QM 1.0
Storage Device (HDD/SSD): Samsung SSD 980 1TB

Game has been running fine for months, a week ago it started to crash randomly, but 90% of the time on game start from launcher or on game exit.
There are also some that I couldnt screenshot because they crashed my screen completely

"ERROR: d3d_device_->CreateBuffer failed at rglGPU_device::create_gpu_buffer. Not enough memory resources are available to complete this operation."

Yet my GPU has minimal usage, apart from 100% spikes when launching the game from launcher and exiting the game. I also suspect there might be memory leaks involved as running the game for long periods and restarting it multiple times causes significant memory decrease despite only having the game open. I have done a clean install 3 times. I even tried running the game on the lowest settings.

Again, this hasn't been a problem until a week ago and now always happens. I checked my drivers and they are up to date and havent changed since when the game was working previously. I also scanned for memory issues and found none.

I tested for memory leaks by starting and closing the game and it leaked over 8GB in 2 hours...

We will update the perf_test build as soon as possible and I will let you know when its done. So you can record and send us the telemetry data so that we can take a look.
