Need More Info Game crashing on start up

Summary:

I've seen several posts, and none of the solutions have worked for me:

-verifying Game files.

-Fresh install.

-Deleting related files in my documents.

-Updating GPU driver.

-Deleting languages XML files.

-Running safe mode.

I can't even send the crash report, since it fails every time.

Every time there is a new version I have to run into some sort of problem. I lose all of my progress or some stupid thing like that.

tried running it from my game files directly too, since I only play single-player.

I have no active mods, and none installed even.

I've also tried the suggestions in this link https://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php?threads/crashes-on-start-up.454143/

How to Reproduce:
Have you used cheats and if so which: no, it's a fresh install. the only other thing i've before the re-install used was the mod console

Hey, there are no save file in the ticket. Can you please check and upload if the first one failed.
