In Progress Game Crashing on new PC

Summary: Hello, i just got my new computer a week ago and i have been trying to play Bannerlord. (This PC is a premium prebuilt machine from a hardware company in my country so everything should work well together)
The game is abit buggy compared to playing on my old machine: 1070TI and an 6year old cpu from intel, this old machine has never crashed in bannerlord. I tried DLSS but the icons on the map got disconected from the map and started "floating" when i scrolled around. When i pressed on the ground my char would walk to other points on the map and not where i clicked. But turning off DLSS resolved this issue.
When i started my playthrough after turning DLSS off, the game started crashing, once when i was riding on the world map, and a few times while talking to notables in villages to complete quests.Ive managed to get to clan lvl 1 but ive had several hard crashes sofar. After 3 crashes pretty close together i gave up and stopped playing.
The crash turns my screen black, there is a distorted sound from the speakers and after 2-5seconds my computer restarts. I have no idea what causes this. If its an issue with my computer or with the game. My PC runs everything else i throw at it flawlessly like GTA V on max settings.
I do not know if there are any error logs generated, the game ask if i want to enable safemode when i start again.

How to Reproduce: Dont know how to reproduce, it seems happens randomly but not during battles sofar.
Have you used cheats and if so which: No cheats, no mods

No, i did not see the crash upload tool.
My whole systems locks up, screen turns black with some weird writing/symbols that is not not possible to read (distorted) It stays frozen for a few seconds and then my pc shuts down and restarts.
There is no popup to send crash report (as my pc is frozen with what looks like a weird "bluescreen of death"

The only sign the game crashed after restart is that it asks me if i want to start in safemode.
Are there any place i can look for error logs/crash reports? Either from the game or windows?

It happened twice again yesterday, once when i was transfering loot after a big battle. I pressed the "move everything" button and it crashed.
The other time was when i traveled to the city to sell the loot.
It crashed in the tradescreen while i was selling stuff.

Are your GPU and OS are up to date? System lock up is something we have not seen before.
Can you check this pathway for the latest sessions log files?
C:\ProgramData\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord\logs\rgl_log_xxxxx.txt
Please note that ProgramData is a hidden folder.

In the logfolder there are two files: rgl_log_5616 and rgl_log_errors_5616

I dont know how to upload these though?

The game keeps crashing with blackscreen and restart still.
It is very random, ive just crashed with restart during a battle to now (normally it has crashed on the overmap)
There is something really wrong here.

I have tried all the benchmarks and stress tests i can think off, and ive tried playing cyberpunk 2070 on ultra to provoce my components and see if a resource hungry game like cyberpunk can bring it to its knees but to no awail.
The only time my pc gives black screen + restart is in bannerlord.

Im so frustrated since this is a new pc and i want to know if something is wrong with it so i can send it back to the store.

I cant rule out hardware issues, but its strange since i can run every other game with no issues.
The only game i have issues with is Bannerlord.
My computer nails GTA V on max, and i can play Cyberpunk 2077 with no instability with raytracing enabled and everything else on max. The system struggle with keeping fps high, but thats to be expected when i have everything on max.

I have also tried to bring my system to its knees with the OCCT stress tests. Tested the GPU, CPU, PSU, Memory and so on.
Nothing i throw at the system causes any issues.
This is very annoying as one of the reasons for buying this system was running bannerlord with huge battles.

Not sure if there is any other way to gather information?

Ive actually run a reset of my pc to factory settings and downloaded the newest windows version from the cloud.
So everything is wiped.
Will be testing the game over the next few days to see if the problem remains

Heh, the game crashed.
But atleast it diddent restart my pc and i got the error popup and could send the report in.
