Game Crashing need help

My game crashes as soon as the loading screen pops up after hitting play it just asks me to send a report and that doesn't work either and I can't figure it out. I tried everything I've seen online and just can't get it to work. I also seem not to have a .exe of the game in my bannerlord folder.

Perhaps your ram speeds are too slow? But I don't think that would be it. I've never heard of that being an issue. but I've also never seen ram with that speed before.
