Need More Info Game crashing a character moves back

Summary: The game crashing a few minutes after the start of the game with the just created character. At first, everything goes fine, but after a few minutes the character starts to move back without reacting to any keys. After a few seconds, an error message appears and the game crashes. This takes place in the training arena, in the villages and during the any battle.

Please make sure that your game, your drivers, and OS are up to date and the game has necessary permissions over your security software.
