Game crashes

So having few problems loading the game up I've reinstalled, changed settings and everything else that comes with it and still unable to run the game.  Every time I press play opens to a black screen thn crashes, below are the event logs which may help with this.  Or if someone has a few suggests that could help me getting the game running

[Pilum]

I have a similar problem in Multiplayer.

It starts up normaly, but as soon as I hit someone with either a melee weapon or a pistol, the game crashes.
