Resolved Game crashes whenever I encounter a Khuzait

Summary: Game crashes as soon as I enter a conversation with a Khuzait, stating that a fatal error concerning the mesh texture causes the crash.
How to Reproduce: Just enter a conversation with anyone from the Khuzait kingdom.
Quest/Settlement Name (if related): Right above Danustica
Media (Screenshots & Video): can't upload media new acc :/
Version: e1.4.0
Installed community-made modifications: Developer Console (to complete the Stop Conspiracy quest)
Computer Specs:
OS: Windows 10
GPU: Nvidia Geforce RTX 2070 (INNO3D)
CPU: intel core i5 9400f
RAM: T-Force 16gb RGB RAM
Motherboard: ASRock B360M-HDV
Storage Device (HDD/SSD): Game is stored on a 2 TB HDD, while OS is stored on a 512 GB SSD
