So I am able to play the game just fine with no mods installed. But as soon as I try to enable the mods my game crashes after trying to load a save game. It's fine in the main menu but as soon as I go to load a game it crashes in the loading screen. I don't know what to do. I have went into them od files and look at the .dll properties and there is no option to "unblock" it or whatever for security stuff.

It'll be one of the mods, not the game. I suggest eliminating them one by one and finding out the problematic mod.
Also, mods aren't supported by TW so you shouldn't really make a report about it for them - especially that official modding tools aren't even out yet.
P.S I suggest firstly checking all your mods are updated, as that can cause major issues. It's your choice which path you want to go down first.
