Modded Game crashes when creating a kingdom.

Summary:Everytime I try to create a kingdom my game crashes.With or without mods.I tried also uninstalling the game and use BLSE on my game pass version.
How to Reproducelayer creates a kingdom in any way.
Have you used cheats and if so which:Used mods but getting rid of them didn't help.
