In Progress Game crashes upon starting

Summary:When exiting the launcher to start the game, the game immediately stops loading, opening an "ERROR" window (pictured below) saying "Save file is corrupt: C:\Users\justi\OneDrive\Documents\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord\Configs\BannerlordGameKeys.xmlError: The cloud file provider is not running."

It has been a few weeks since I heard anything on this. Have we heard anything from the QA team?

For further context: I have performed clean installs several times, as well as running the game in Safe Mode. I get the same error message each time.
