Need More Info Game Crashes Soon After Moving Around On The Map

I have seen a previous thread discussing this, however, the issue appears to still have not been identified by TaleWorlds.

Soon after I joined the Khuzait Khanate, Monday night of April 6th, I was traveling around on the map and then the game froze.The issue has persisted and I have no idea how to fix it. I have sent multiple Crash Reports to TaleWorlds and I have emailed TaleWorlds Support. I am yet to get a response. Please help me and the many others who are having this issue.

Hello, sorry for the late reply. We have fixed a considerable amount of the problems we have encountered so far and improved the game performance with the multiple patches we have released. Please make sure that your game, your drivers, and OS are up to date and the game has necessary permissions over your security software. Please let us know if the problem persists after completing these steps and verifying the integrity of the game files through Steam.
