Closed Game crashes sometimes when entering a tournament

Summary: It happens occasionally when I try to enter a tournament, it isn't a specific town, it happens to them all. So I just play my campaign (ironman mode) and everything is fine, I can do quests, fight battles, take fiefs, enter towns, castles and villages no problem. But sometimes when I try to enter a tournament I randomly get an error message and my game crashes, I say sometimes because I also have plenty of times that I can enter a tournament with no problems. It can happen after playing 1-2 hours, but also happened when I played 10 minutes. It is going on for a few days now (since I started playing), and it happened on two of my campaigns (I have switched from campaign once). I don't use any mods, I just play the base game. I have uninstalled, and reinstalled the game. I have verified the integrity of my games files, I have updated my GPU drivers and CPU drivers, I have the latest windows update, so I am out of ideas and don't know what to do.
How to Reproduce: Just play the game, doesn't matter which culture or town you do it in.
Have you used cheats and if so which: No, nothing
Scene Name (if related): I don't know what this means, sorry, so i don't think it is related.
Media (Screenshots & Video): The first error message when entering a tournament, Second message, Third message (crash report), Fourth message (crash report uploaded succesful ), Final message (huhhh couldn't clean up crash report??? but it was succesful). Note that while all these messages came I could still hear the ingame sound of people cheering in the tournament, but I couldn't see it plus after the final message my game closed. It does however not close in steam, because the game is shown in steam as if I am still playing it, and it will keep showing that untill I manually click "close" to close/quit the game.

Sorry! I am new to how forums work, so I didn't know how to upload my pictures, I tried to use atatus to convert my images to a url link, but when I try to add my fifth picture the page crashes so I can only share a few this time. I will also share the Crash ID, just to be safe if you can't see the pictures again . Crash ID: 2024-08-05_12.39.15_02de1dfa344c48be50ae08653aa1bff8 (I think it is this one, I got it after uploading my crash report) Maybe Crash ID: d3d_device_context_->Map at rglGPU_device::lock_texture Failed! (If the other one is not a crash ID, maybe it is this one). So now for the images; I only upload the important ones, the other ones were pictures of the uploading crash report, and how that was succesful, but than at the end I get a message that it couldn't clean up the crash report.

Bannerlord still running on steam, but not visible on computer
Bannerlord is active in task manager, I have to end the task to stop the game from running in steam...

End note: I think I found the reason why the site crashed on the other images, I think they are too big so I'll keep it at these two. But in the last images I wanted to show that bannerlord is still running in steam, but the game has already been crashed and is gone from my screen, there is no icon in the bar at the bottom of my screen. If I boot up task manager I do see bannerlord still being active, so I have to end the task before steam finally stops bannerlord. Which is weird, idk if it is related but still weird.
BTW thank you for your time, I can imagine there are quite a lot of other threads you need to reply to, to help others, so take your time, I'll keep patiently waiting

EDIT: I see that the URL link doesn't work because the messages are not clickable for some reason?? I save it whilst they are clickable but when I upload it again they are not clickable anymore, so hopefully the crash ID's are good enough. I have no idea how to upload pictures..

SECOND EDIT: I think I found the problem with the last image upload, I use google drive links, but I had everything on private, I put everything on visible for everyone with the link so I think it is visible now, but let me know if it still is not visible. Sorry for all the text btw
