Need More Info Game crashes on startup

This has happened since I bought the game at launch. When I launch the game through steam, it immediately crashes. When I go to \SteamApps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\bin\Win64_Shipping_Client, the following happens:

• Bannerlord.exe and Bannerlord_BE.exe both immediately crash
• Bannerlord.Native.exe runs, however while the application is in focus, the screen is completely white. When I alt+tab, then I can see the game, but once I focus again, the screen turns white and I cannot see anything.

If I try to run CrashUploader.Publish.exe in \SteamApps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\bin\CrashUploader.Publish, then the program fails. It cannot run because it needs dotnet version 4.7.2. When I click the link to download the dotnet version, it takes me to the dotnet 4.8 page. If I download it, it says my system is incompatible with dotnet 4.8.

I'm not sure what else I could try. I could try to upload the dump/log files another way.

Crashuploader might be failing to launch because the game is not launching. The game needs the dot net framework 4.7. I believe these links below can help.
