Resolved game crashes on saves and save file loads

Summary:my game freezes when saving and loading saves and becomes unresposive to everything except closing it out completely,im at a complete loss and idk what to do.
How to Reproduce:save or load a save
Have you used cheats and if so which:none

so i deleted all files and reinstalled ,opened a new campaign skipped the tutorial ,walked 30 feet to the closest village got 5 peasant fighters , exited the village ,tried to save and my game froze and closed itsself out after some time. i really dont know what else to try

now my game also crashes randomly with the identifier 2024-11-06_15.11.35_2649eacb54963d257e769bbeebc73097

We are aware of the crash you have on the random crashes. Does your save file always constantly freezes/crashes? Could you send us your save file so that we can check it out?

i created a ticket and i think i uploaded my save ,but ive never done this before so im not sure i did it right.

We were not able to reproduce this crash. I was able to load the save file you have without any problem on the latest version of the game. With that we can say the crash is fixed and will be pushed to the game with future patches.

i tried the game again from a complete reinstall ,same thing crashed on my 4 th save 2 min into the game ,i guess ill just wait for an update and try again
