Need More Info Game Crashes on Loading Screen for Quest

Summary: When loading into the confrontation portion of the "Rival Gang Moving In At Amprela" quest, the loading screen freezes my entire console for about 10 seconds and then crashes the game.

Hi, I'm not sure how to do that on console. When the game crashes it doesn't display any popup or any other information. The game just freezes and then closes itself out and sends me back to my xbox home screen.
