In Progress Game crashes on first loading screen

So Launcher works fine. But when I load the game itself. I see the loading art for about 15 seconds before the game crashes. No error message.

What I've done:

Disabled anti virus
Compatibility modes for steam and bannerlord itself
Deleted and reinstalled .NET
Updated windows
Updated GPU drivers
Verified game cache
Reinstalled the game
Ran as admin
Deleted the bannerlord folder in programdata
Everything the dev mentioned in the pinned thread on crashes
