Do you have permanent corpses turned on? If no, then turn them on :

By crashes do you mean it exits to desktop without an error? Or does the whole comp go blueaargh?
While we are at it though, here is a list of things you may want to try:
- Disable every program running in the background,
- Update DirectX (they have a different version of "version9.0c" every month)
- Update Video Drivers (sometimes - very rarely it does help)
- Try running it without Kaspersky - just that the antivirus has been known to have several problems running M&B and some other progs in the past
- Try disabling sound hardware acceleration.
- Other than re-installing windows, or it being a hard-ware fault (or software IRQ conflict) I can't think of anything else right now to add on - mainly because it's 1am and I'm **** tired.
