Issue: Game Crashes automatically when launching through steam or the Bannerlord.exe

-Game launches
-Loads for a moment

I can gather crash reports and upload should a Dev wish to see.
Currently I have played 6 hours of this on launch day and have been unable to play since. I have tried every fix suggested online;
-Uninstalled/reinstalled .net frame work (almost every version on my PC)
-Uninstalled/Reinstall visual c++ (every version)
-Verify game files
-Uninstall/reinstall of the game itself, reinstalling to my C drive and D drives
-Deleted M&B folder in documents
-Everything is up to date
-Latest drives for card in place
-This began AFTER you began to release patch updates
Only option left that people reported success with was reinstalling Windows and that is not possible to any degree.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
