Need More Info Game Crashes at start

Summary: I have the game installed in my new PC but it won´t start. I did several clean reinstalls, changed versions, started without the launcher, in admin mode, etc. Nothing seems to work. I still have it installed in my old PC and it works there (even if it crashes sometimes but after a decent time of gameplay). Can´t see what the problem is. The ID of the crash is : 2025-01-29_19.42.55_8def6fd0ad097898f67db0e4245c5829
How to Reproduce: Launch the game, crashes in the first screen after 3 or 4 seconds

Motherboard: HP 8BBE 77.50 (if not, I dom´t know sorry)
Storage Device (HDD/SSD): SSD 1TB

Sadly we can't reliably reproduce the GPU crashes on debug environments. To help us, could you describe the way step by step? Please note that we can't offer any workaround that quickly fixes this. You can try updating your GPU drivers and lower graphic settings. Sorry for any inconvenience.
