Need More Info Game crashes at launch

Summary: When I launch the game, it black screens
How to Reproduce: I click play and the game crashes

I postes this problem onto the steam forums and followed their advice of deleting the LauncherData xml file, but it still did not work. They then told me to take this to the QA team for further investigation. I have no idea how to contact them so hopefully I can get advice because I might have to refund the game.

• Deleting the "C:\ProgramData\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord" folder.
• Verify the game files through Steam.
• Updating GPU Drivers and OS.
