Resolved game crashes at a specific location ver 1.8

Summary:
How to Reproduce: game crashes whenever i tried to move to baltakhand rest of the map are fine already uninstalled all mods clean installation done (deleted everything from folders), file integrity verified but it still happens.
playing on steam
Have you used cheats and if so which: no cheat used
