Resolved Game crashes after taking city

After taking all the loots and prisoners of Ortysia, my game crashes when clicking done and I've tried it a few times and it still crashes. I've also noticed different crash issues that relates to big cities such as voting for a fief owner of the city.
Plss fix

Same problem. Im having the issue in Epicrotea. Everytime I click done at the loot screen it crashes.

My game still crashes after patch 1.0.7

Same problem, still not fixed with patch 1.0.8.
For one of the settlements, I crash when I click "done" on the loot page.
For another settlement, I crash when click "done" when trying to give it to a vassal.
For me it's only happening to the empire cities.
