Resolved Game crash

Summary When pressing play in the launcher the game loads for about 5 seconds and then crashes the error is the aplication faced problem. I have reinstalled the game 2 times today and verified 3 times but it did not work. i had not played the game for a long time so i thought i would reinstall it to have a look but apparently i can not even play the game anymore. i had no mods installed. I have looked at some old forums and post but nothing helped from delting my documents folder to disable cloud synchronization. any help is greatly appreciated.
How to Reproduce: I just launch the game
