Need More Info Game Crash on MP Start-up

Receive message "Couldn't Receive Login Results From Server"

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, I have added exceptions on my firewall, I have reset my modem/router.

I have seen online that this is an issue potentially on the server side of things. I was hoping if I posted this on the forums that my problem would be resolved by a member of the Taleworlds' Technical Support Team,

Thanks for the bump, are you still experiencing the "Couldn't Receive Login Results From Server" error message when logging in?

Yes, now it says i'm banned from the game until the 25 of December for teamkilling / friendly fire. That seems a little excessive don't you think? Banned for 6 weeks? TF? I play in skirmish maps and sometimes attack my teammates in warm up but I haven't done anything to warrant a 6 week ban. I think that this is ridiculous, can you have someone look into this?
