In Progress Game crash at the start

Hello,
few seconds after i start the game, the game crashes. Sometimes in the loading screen and sometimes when i create a character. Everytime i get the same ERROR-Message:

My graphic drivers and DirectX are up-to-date!

When i run the "GetDeviceRemovedReason", it doesnt help..

Anyone have a idea?

Hello, can you please make sure that all of your drivers and softwares required for this game are up to date and the game has the necessary authorizations on your security software? There is also a new patch for the game, so please update me if your problem is solved after the new patch e1.0.1, too.
