Resolved Game crash after launching (with mods)

I have downloaded the mods correctly, I'm confused on why I'm unable to play. I haven't played for a long time, I felt like playing today so I reinstalled it, also reinstalled all the mods I wanted and I installed the mods that require other mods to be installed, I'm still crashing. Please help, I was going to come back, I'm slowly losing my patience, I can't even play the game how I want to.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer technical support for modded games, please read our full statement regarding modding related issues here. Please try making a clean install by following the instructions on this article. If you can recreate this crash without any mods on an unmodded new campaign, I can forward this to the developers. If the game crashes again, you can take a screenshot of the dump identifier and post it here.
